This program enhances the social fabric for those who have served—offering ongoing opportunities for engagement, collaboration, and shared purpose. Through outreach, events, and strategic partnerships, the Community Connection Program promotes meaningful connections that support long-term stability, belonging, and community reintegration.
It is not just a single point of entry; it is a continuous force that maintains connections among individuals, families, and communities over time.
Program Focus Areas
Community Outreach & Engagement
The Foundation leads and participates in a wide range of community outreach efforts designed to bring people together and build lasting relationships.
These include:

Partnership Development
The program develops and maintains relationships with businesses, nonprofits, civic organizations, and local leaders to increase access to resources and enhance community impact.

This effort helps foster a culture of understanding, appreciation, and ongoing support.
Why It Matters
Connection isn’t a one-time event—it’s a lifelong need.
The Community Connection Program makes sure that veterans and first responders stay connected to their communities, to each other, and to a larger network of support. At the same time, it encourages communities to go beyond just appreciation and take real action.
By building strong relationships at every level, this program helps create a more unified, responsive, and caring support system—one that stands with those who have served, not just during times of need, but every day.
