Operation Full Throttle is a high-impact initiative of the Vets on Track Foundation’s Community Connection Project, designed to harness the energy, visibility, and teamwork of motorsports to support veterans, first responders, and their families.

Built around the Foundation’s commitment to connection and reintegration, Operation Full Throttle transforms the race environment into a platform for engagement, awareness, and opportunity. At its core is the Foundation’s support of driver Devin George, whose presence on the track represents more than competition—it represents purpose, resilience, and a mission-driven movement.

Through Operation Full Throttle, the track becomes a place where stories are shared, relationships are built, and the mission comes to life. Key elements of the initiative include:

  • Foundation Driver Support– Backing Devin George as a mission ambassador, representing Vets on Track Foundation at racing events while promoting awareness of veteran and first responder homelessness.
  • At-Track Engagement Experiences– Providing veterans, first responders, and their families with race-day access, including meet-and-greets, garage tours, and behind-the-scenes experiences that foster connection and camaraderie.
  • Community Integration– Creating opportunities for local partners, sponsors, and supporters to engage directly with those we serve in a dynamic and uplifting environment.
  • Awareness & Advocacy Campaigns– Utilizing the visibility of motorsports to highlight the challenges of homelessness and the importance of programs like Beyond the Streets.
  • Team & Volunteer Involvement– Encouraging staff, volunteers, and supporters to participate in race-day activities, strengthening the bond between the Foundation and the communities it serves.

By repositioning motorsports as an initiative rather than a standalone program, Operation Full Throttle enables greater flexibility, stronger partnerships, and a more sustainable path forward—while keeping the focus where it belongs: on building relationships, restoring dignity, and advancing our mission.
